I had asked about a quotation for worn paint on roof and hood. Maico was going to have the body shop look at it and let me know. He had left before my car was ready. So, I am still awaiting for a reply., The service done was excellent and Maicon kept me informed .

Mr Anderson is absolutely amazing. He’s an asset to JM Lexus. He has gone the extra mile for a customer who have purchased 7 cars with JM Lexus. I have only had this car 3 months or less with issues I’m thankful I was paired with Mr Anderson. Also, a big thank you to Matt the service manager have made this process respectful. And I’m so appreciative.
