I brought my car to JM Lexus for service. I have the extended service warranty I purchased when I bought the Lexus. The technician determined that I need front ball joints that are covered under your agreement. I was told that the service cannot fix it today and that I must wait 30 days. I never had to wait for a repair covered under a service plan. I had multiple Lexuses and BMWs, which were fixed at the time of the appointment. The staff was courteous, but I was in awe of this policy.
No stress, no hassle….quick and efficient. “They” could learn a lot from JM Lexus.

I was not informed my car was ready. I finally went down to the main desk to see what was happening with my car. I was advised it was ready but Leo was out to lunch. Another dealer went to look for my papers and found it on Leo’s desk.
Lexus use to always wash your car but this was not done. Lexus service has deteriorated.
