Chauncy is great. The only issue is from the time I came in and signed the paperwork, it took too long for them to bring up my car. Over 20 minutes is too long.

Leo and the supervisor of the mechanics were great. But, I do have the problem of nobody being able to pin point my problem. I would have felt better if they were able to say they found the reason for my steering wheel jerking occasionally. On my way home , I didn’t experience the problem and, at least, felt comfortable with that. Maybe, something was inadvertently done during the inspection of the car, stopped the problem from reoccurring. I left and told both of them that I would test ride the car on my way home and report my findings. Happily, the problem didn’t reoccur and that was good news.
