It took him almost 3 weeks to get back to me in regards to a speaker that was ordered for my car.
My visit was pleasant and the recall issue resolved. I arrived at 8:10 am and the car was ready about 10:30 am. I also got my question answered about a problem I was having with opening the trunk with my foot.
I complained about the display screen not working on some occasions and brought two screen shots of the problem to thE S
