My consultant, MJ, was helpful; however, my visit took much too long for the minimal amount of work that was done. What was, primarily, a 10k mile service --originally estimated to be two hours -- turned out to be 3+ hours. And although I had requested for my vehicle to NOT be washed, it was. Separately, this survey should be optimized for use on a mobile device. This comment box has a very miniscule display.

The only thing wrong was My clock wasn’t set to the correct time. I did finally figured it out, but I’m not real mechanical

A new battery was installed. After getting home, I asked my brother to check the date on the battery. There was corrosion all over the terminal ???? bolt. I don't understand why wasn't the terminal and bolt cleaned.????
