My experience today at JM Lexus was a very satisfying one. Louis Sierra was very thorough and professional as he addressed the issues with my car. What made it even more satisfying was that the issues were resolved within a very short period of time.
Maico was amazing. He saved me a significant amount of money by recognizing that I was a retired JM family associate based on the coffee mug that I brought with me. I wasn’t even aware that I was eligible for the discount. He’s exactly the kind of associate Mr. Moran would have been proud of.
Delilah is the best service provider that I’ve had at JM Lexus.

Issue was nir fixed. Lane departure light was on and they ordered the part and said they fixed it but as soon as started rhe car the light was on again. Now back in the shop
