The tire pressure light was on when we brought it in. Now it goes off and on. The “maintenance required” message is on
I told Daniel DO NOT wash the car. I explained it was just washed waxed and detailed. We were waiting and I asked Daniel to find out where the car was as my husband is not well and I wanted to get going. He told me he doesn’t like to rush the tech. I said pls find out how much longer. He never did.
Finally out of frustration I walked outside and sure enough there it was in the line waiting to be washed. All the bays were filled so I have no idea how long it was sitting there. All it needed were fluids, rotatate the tires and something else. How long can that take. Two hours later we left only because I got out n the car and drove it to the customer pick up spot.
He was very quick to help me and had me in and out in a reasonable time! He was kind and knowledgeable.
He was excellent in every way. The experience was great.

I wanted to express my disappointment with my last service visit. I was told my vehicle needed thousands of dollars in repairs (AC compressor).
It turns out that information was incorrect, a simple filter changed solved the issue. I feel misled which is frustrating and undermines my trust in your service team.
I’d appreciate some clarity on how this happened.
