Aisatsu. Mr. Diego Restrepo is the elite example of “service orientation”. Mr. Restrepo is a refined gentleman who anticipates and projects exactly what a client is thinking and is trying to convey. Mr. Restrepo treated me as if I were the only client in the room; that’s what top professional management does, one client at a time without letting outside distractions interfere with the client. Toyota has a mantra, “Kaikaku”. Much like Toyota, I believe Mr. Diego Restrepo and I focus on expecting more of ourselves today, than applauding the goals we accomplished, yesterday. This is the single DNA strand that so few people have in their personal building blocks designing who they are and how they treat themselves and the people they come in contact with. Toyota Motor Company Headquarters in Japan, should be enlightened with this information. Half a globe away from Japan, Toyota’s mission is maintained to its highest standards.
