Explained that the break pedal in my NX was squeaking. This was misunderstood as being the breaks so it was not fixed. I guess it will have to be fixed next time I come for service.
My car has a very loud clicking noise and as per mechanics they didn’t hear anything! Very unlikely to not hear that loud noise. Only tells me one thing about mechanics! And I received a text day after I pick my car up that my car was almost ready and that I had to return the rental, when I didn’t get a rental because they never fixed my car and I already had my car, therefore it’s showing I had a rental when I never did!!! Please have everyone do their job right! Very disappointed in the outcome!

I had an appointment yesterday and waited 2 hours to have my tires rotated! Ridiculous

Joseph was great! He was able to schedule me with short notice, ordered the part I needed and addressed an issue that I forgot to mention on the phone. Excellent service that allowed me to repair everything during just one visit.
He was very polite, and thorough, took time to explain the problem.
There was an issue with my car being repaired, I think it was a big problems due to a due to a mistake by the service and they had to keep it and give me a loaner. I would like to discuss this further with the service manager prior to getting my car back.

I would like to have my car returned to me as I gave it to them. I specifically asked for the automatic windshield wipers to be in place when I left Lexus. I first noticed my Siriwasn't working. I couldn't ask her to call anyone or get directions. I called my Service Advisor. I was told he would call me back. He never did. That night I noticed I was driving in the dark. My automatic lights have been turned off as had my automatic wipers. I waited another day to give him the benefit of the doubt never heard from him. I then called the senior service manager two days in a row never heard from her. I have been a Lexus customer since 1991 when it was just a little tiny building on the corner I always had good service but I guess bigger isn't always better. I'm very disappointed with the service. I have received the last few times. I've been there. I don't like giving bad reviews so I did wait to write this. In the hopes I would hear from someone.

EJust one thing making the appointment was not very good, person hung up on me said I was rude and I promise you I was not I asked a lot of questions but not rude. Her perception was that as I thought the same of her.I feel she felt that in powered that she could say ok ms myers and hang up on me . I was left feeling very disrespected my option was to call make an appointment or use another Lexus dealer.: I choice to continue to use this Lexus dealership with hopes of speaking with the manager. I did call several times leaving messages without results .
