I was met at the door by Karen. She was very pleasant and welcoming. She guided me to The service manager Adrian Todd. I met him for the first time. He was very patient and courteous. He made sure that the necessary service updates were addressed and also that my input was valued.

I came in to have the tire pressure checked. We had been away for three weeks and all of a sudden I’m getting a tire pressure notification on the dash. All four tires registered 28 psi. I was stymied Anyway, it’s a new vehicle with only has 2689 miles on it. I couldn’t imagine that the all four tires would have a problem. Brought the car in, the tires checked out fine, so, I am on the road again. Looking forward to enjoying my car more. Thank you for the terrific service. Thank you Maico.
