From start to finish the experience was like none that I’ve experienced at a Lexus dealership The person I spoke to to make the appointment was rude. No loaner, my maintenance plan through Lexus isn’t accepted at JM. I sat in an overcrowded waiting area. I have zero plans to return. I’ll be finding another dealership. Especially after being told to call an 800 number and maybe I can pay more for another maintenance plan that I’ve already paid for. NO THANK YOU
