I tell you that I owned Lexus for almost 20 years and she is one of the best in that position, a million Doller asset on your balance sheet.
The only reason I wasn't satisfied is because they did not have the part that I needed to fix my issue. I will have to return at a future date once the part arrives. No big deal...
