I am not satisfied with the service I received. I paid $140 for a diagnostic, but the report did not include the DTC error codes from my vehicle. Instead, I was given an inflated estimate with expensive parts and labor charges, without any real diagnostic evidence. The video I received only showed my brakes and tires, and completely ignored the actual reason I came in, which was the ABS warning light. This is not professional or transparent.
