Chauncey is a great Service Rep. Very attentive and quick to respond to the customer if / when needed. I have been going to Chauncey for both my wife's and my car since 2021, Lexus RX350 and NX300. Brandon told me my first 5,000 mile service does not include oil change, only tire rotation I believe he is wrong Fortunately I believe the service department did do the oil change but I’m not sure Service was fine I’m guessing but Brandon must go
