Definitely, I do not like the representative who's get my service. 1st. He call my name from his desk instead get to me at the waiting place. 2nd. He was an a phone call and taking with me at the same time. 3er The first thing that he ask me was that if it is my first time on the jm lexus? And I have been more The 20 years as a Jm lexus customer. Well sorry by i never will get in touch with him.

John Nahar did an excellent job of helping me, however, when I picked up my car from putting new tires on it, the rims / wheels were substantially scratched. I am pleased with the help Karen Reiner gave me at the end of the day. In the end it should not have happened at all. However, thank you to the team that is helping me make it right. I will schedule time to refurbish my wheels.
