When reviewing the 26 point check list, it is assumed that the items were checked, and if so, a comment must be made: ie needs to be changed or attended to. Well I happen to just check myself the a.c. Filter, which was checked off. The filter filthy. It made me not have faith in the inspection of the checks marks. All was corrected with the excellent service of manager Matt Obrian. He escorted me and the car to the shop to review items and replaced the ac filter, and another air filter that was also filthy. Assurance was restored. We have to be certain that the techs inspect to restore confidence. Thank you. How about an exit review with the tech who inspected the car ,about 10 minutes? Merryl kafka
