I’m with Lexus almost 33 years I ALWAYS AND HOPEFULLY ALWAYS WILL GET IMPECCABLE SERVICE AND IVE HAD OTHER LUXURY VEHICLES AND SORRY TO SAY THE SERVICE NEVER COULD COMPARE WITH LEXUS THEY SELL GREAT VEHICLES BUT THEY LACK IN THE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS, THE “ATTITUDES” THE IN GENERAL “COLD” VIBE WITH CUSTOMERS LEXUS TO ME “WINS TOPS ON ALL LEVELS CUSTOMER SERVICE , CUSTOMER TREATED LIKE THEY ARE “ALL” IMPORTANT,BEAUTIFUL SERVICE AREA BEAUTIFUL SHOWROOM BEAUTIFUL LOUNGE WAITING AREA BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TWO THINGS FIRST I WISH YOU WOULD PUT BUDDAH BACK WITH THE LITTLE WATERFALL OUTSIDE PATIO ON ROOF THAT WAS SO SO PEACEFUL AND BEAUTIFUL AND SO “ZEN” WE ALL NEED THAT AND I KNOW BECAUSE OF COVID YOU STOPPED THE SANDWICHES AND MUFFINS AND BAGELS AND THE TWO NICE LADIES BEHIND THE COUNTER I REALLY “WISH “ YOU WOULD BRING ALL THAT BACK AND GIVE CAR CUSTOMERS A TICKET OR CARD TO SHOW TO BE ABLE TO GET A SNACK OR A LITTLE BREAKFAST !!! ????????❤️❤️❤️❤️PLEASE!

Carlos is the only service writer I use and trust and have for many years. Although I moved to Ocala from Fort Lauderdale over 4 years ago, I still go to J. M. Lexus to have my car serviced, notwithstanding the 550 mile round trip drive, in order to be Able to have Carlos oversee the service of my vehicle. J. m. Is lucky to have him as an employee.
