I greatly appreciate all of his advice. Leo advised I get loaner car since my car would take two days to service, and he called me to tell my car would be ready on the second day. I appreciate Leo’s effort helping me service my fantastic 2016 ES350( my second one). Many thanks to Leo and the technician.
