Brandon was happy to give me updates on my car and how long it would be. He was very pleasant and nice to talk to. Of course, I miss **** Bewley who was my service advisor for the last 9-10 years. But, Brandon did a fine job

Luis was a wonderful service writer today. He was punctual, polite and extremely accommodating, personally taking me to the technology specialist to fix my Apple car-play before my maintenance, as I requested. I will definitely ask for him in my future Lexus visits.

Xavier was a very generally nice person, always eager to help. He took time to answer all my questions in detail to help me get a good outcome.
