I only had to wait upstairs for an hour and a half (Record time) I was smart enough to bring a warm sweater this service. I’m usually freezing to death. I had 2 cups of coffee and that helped also. It’s my 8th or 9th Lexus so I’m quite familiar with their service department

I was very satisfied with the assistance Maico provided me. The only negative thing I can share is that my first loaner was infested with ants. They were literally coming out from behind the instrument panel on to the dash while I was driving. I was on my way to a medical appointment so at each red light I tried to smash them with a Kleenex. I killed about 20. I had to return and get a replacement. Not a fun experience.
