Even though they repair the main my transmission was working there is still the matter of my transmission still slipping gear when I accelerate. I paid $2k and my car is still doing the same thing that I complained about last before the transmission went out. Therefore, why did I pay to get my car fixed. However, my service guy was great and no complaints with him.

I am extremely upset. I dropped off my vehicle to pick it up and found a lot scratches on my hood and driver side headlight. Ii called the maintenance department as soon as I noticed the damages. However the shop was closed for the evening.
Maico was very kind and kept me informed thru the entire process of service and repairs. His professionalism should be recognized. My experience was excellent.

I did not receive a text or call when my vehicle was done. I called to find out, when I got there, no one was at the desk. I went to buy 2 sear covers. On returning to the desk, the young lady was walking away again. I called out to her, telling her I was there to pick up my car. I asked for someone to put on my seat covers, she pointed to one man and said he could help me. I asked him and he said he does not do that. I left.
In the morning I will as told someone will put on the seat covers for me.
Delilah was awesome, she is so nice and she made sure to keep me updated on the status of my care, especially since I was upset for coming in twice for the same issue regarding my trunk hatch issue. I want to thank her so much for helping me and for having such good vibes! Hopefully the issue does not happen again. Thanks!!

After I paid over $550 for a service, I would hope you wouldn’t let your guest stand outside for 27 minutes waiting for their car. After checking in three times someone finally delivered the vehicle. Fix the process or I’ll find someplace else that has their act together.
