I am not interested

I came in for service at 3:20 for a 3:30 appointment. 1.5 hr after I paid my service advisor and he left the facility I waited for my car. When I finally got my keys from a young man I was told the car was parked and no one knew that it was ready. It was 7pm at this time. This is my second visit to this location. I usually go to Lexus of Pembroke Pines but gave this facility a second chance because it’s so much closer to my home in Tamarac. My first visit there was similar but again I gave it a second chance because of convenience. Never again. This is no knock on my advisor as he did his job. The first young me took my number and told me my car was being washed off and would be ready shortly. An hour and a half later he saw me still waiting and was kind enough to find my car keys and show me where my car had been parked for an hour. I am patient but this is ridiculous. Needless to say I will not be going back to JM Lexus.
