"Justin was great! I went in for what I thought was a minor tire issue, and it ended up taking longer than either of us expected. Since I was there with my daughter, I asked if it would be possible to get a loaner vehicle so I could drop her off with a babysitter. Justin quickly arranged a loaner for me, which I truly appreciated. I'm especially glad he did because it turned out my car also needed brakes. Justin was professional, accommodating, and made the entire experience much easier. Excellent customer service—thank you, Justin and the team at JM Lexus!"
