Justin is very polite. He explained in detail the service my car would receive today. He also set the expectation as to when the service would be completed. When I returned to pick up my car, Justin walked me to my car to ensure I would not be looking for it. I will be scheduling my next service with Justin!

My made sure the work I requested was completed and took the time to explain what was done, not just handing me the keys. He's also very pleasant to deal with. My only surprise was,I thought it was customary to atleast vacuum the car which it clearly needed. However, in fairness,I did not requested it.

He never looked me in the eye and seemed happiest to get me away from his desk. Maybe because it was a free service from buying my car. I don’t know. He was efficient but very cold.
