I am not sure the cruise control was fixed after reporting it and icon appeared. They said yes but icon still there and says cruise control not available. Not good.
Carlos was exceptional and he kept me up-to-date with all progress until I came up to pick the car. He truly is an asset to your company.

An extra piece (cover for the cabin filter) was found on the dash when arriving home. In a hard stop it could have hurt someone. Called and sent a picture, was told it probably goes inside the glove box, but they would check with service. haven’t heard back yet
I moved to Florida in Dec 2024 and was referred to JM Lexus by a retired employee. I am very happy with my service writer Maico William and the service techs have been excellent. I would highly recommend Lexus as a vehicle and JM Lexus as an excellent dealership.
I’ve already responded. I am completely satisfied with the service given to me by Carlos Nunez. I just feel that the service center itself. The workmen are not doing the same job efficiently as they had done in the past 30 years.
