My advisor was very nice. What I am NOT happy about is.... when I take my vehicle in for service and it is going to take 2 hours, I expect a loaner vehicle
I had to arrange a ride as I am not waiting over 2 hours for service
When I made appointment for service - I asked for a loaner and was told no, they don't give loaner ( I do remember getting loaner for service in the past ) that is the reason I bought a second Lexus ( good customer service). I asked to speak to a manager - I was transferred to D .Restrepo ? Left message and NO CALL RETURNED ) In my opinion this is poor management
& poor customer service
Thinking .... not purchasing another Lexus if Restepo can't return calls to find out why I can no longer use a loaner. I waited 2 days and no call back

I explained the problem I am having with my radio in my car but they were unable to do anything unless the could replicate the problem. I asked if they could reinstall the software and they said no.

I have been using Carlos as my service advisor since he joined JM Lexus. He goes out of his way to insure your service needs are performed and you will want to request him as your service advisor due to his friendly attitude.
