Xavier is so professional and always so kind. I moved to West Palm Beach but I refuse to change from JM Lexus because I’ve always had such great experiences and everyone is always so kind.
I had two quotes before I bought the car in for servicing however, when I got my final quote from the service person, it was a bit higher. The servicing was done quickly, but they did that to a good job vacuuming the car.
The service experience is always top notch, and the staff are always a pleasure to work with.
Sam was absolutely excellent. I have never asked for a service advisor before, but when you had Sam become my service advisor I will not work with anyone else. I feel that he truly cares about making the customer completely satisfied and he is very personable. He gives you the feeling that you are importantl.
