The service was completed within a reasonable timeframe; however, the payment process has been unnecessarily complicated. I was asked to provide two personal email addresses in order to receive my invoice, which I still did not receive initially. As a result, I provided an additional email—my work address—along with information about the previous attempts. Eventually, the invoice was sent to one of my personal emails. Afterward, I contacted John several times to arrange payment. He sent an email, but it did not include a link to pay electronically. It has now been a week since the service was completed, and I am still unable to make the payment. Despite multiple follow-ups via text and email, I have not received a response or further assistance.
