I am an existing customer and has been with JM for more than 18 years, Joseph has been very supportive, polite and helpful, I did a 5000 miles service and a recall check, was promised a full tank of gas, but they forgot to full my car tank up, I immediately contacted Joseph and he was very kind to extend that offer towards my next visit. I do appreciate that.
I use Lexus service primarily because of support I receive from Joe and his manager Ramesh Singh. They both are excellent in what they do. Otherwise I’d go elsewhere

First let me say, Sam was great, as was service. Love the new videos and report. The problem was arrival. It was a light day, my arrival was 8:45 am. I was upfront. I waited almost 10 min for someone to come to my car. I even went to the desk to ask if anyone was working. Eventually someone came, told me to see Sam. I don’t know Sam, so I went inside and looked around. No one was at the counter, so I walked desk to desk asking for Sam. Eventually I found him. Not his fault, and he was professional and efficient. But it took me way too long, on a very quiet day, to get my car into service.
