Your parts are extremely overpriced. I had to buy 2 rims for my Lexus ES350, I and I was charged over $800 for each rim. The same OEM rim can be purchased locally for 1/2 that price. I will personally NEVER buy parts from JM Lexus in the future. I guess loyalty means nothing to JM. I’ve been a “loyal”customer for almost 30 years, and I feel I was taken advantage. When it comes to leasing my next Lexus, I will definitely consider my options when it comes to making that decision. On the brighter side, Carlos Nunez has always been very professional, and has always treated his customers with the utmost respect. Kudos to Carlos and his team.

I am an existing customer and has been with JM for more than 18 years, Joseph has been very supportive, polite and helpful, I did a 5000 miles service and a recall check, was promised a full tank of gas, but they forgot to full my car tank up, I immediately contacted Joseph and he was very kind to extend that offer towards my next visit. I do appreciate that.

I use Lexus service primarily because of support I receive from Joe and his manager Ramesh Singh. They both are excellent in what they do. Otherwise I’d go elsewhere
