I wish they had gone the extra mile to hand wipe off the black bugs marks on the hood. It took 5 minutes to wipe them off ourselves. Everything else was good. Can I get a copy of the report. Thanks

You really need to think about doing a customary car wash after the service. I bought an infinity in the dealership right across from JM Lexus and that was such a nice thing to do is do a customary car wash on the outside once the service is completed. It’s a really good customer satisfaction feature.

CEDRICK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL HOWEVER THE CAR WAS WASHED BUT NOT RINSED OFF PROPERLY SO NOW MY CAR IS STAINED. THE HOOD OF THE CAR SEEMS LIKE IT HAS OIL ON IT. AWFUL!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED.TOMORROW I HAVE TO GET MY CAR THOUROHLY WASHED. I DO HOPE IT COMES OUT. IF NOT, THERE WILL BE AN ISSUE WITH JM LEXUS. I CALLED THIS MORMING,SUNDAY, LEFT MESSAGE FOR DIEGO, DID NOT RETURN MY CALL. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
