I had an issue with a scratch that I had on my vehicle before reaching the dealer. After my service appointment Maico Williams drove my vehicle over to the body shop to see if it could be buffed out. They were able to buff it to where it’s not noticeable anymore. Thank you Maico for caring and showing excellent customer service!! I’m a satisfied customer! JM Lexus has the best from sales to service!
