I don’t trust JM financially. You overcharge and repairs and maintenance are 30-40% cheaper elsewhere. I came today bc Lexus has created a custom windshield wiper I cannot get anywhere else.

Carlos Nunez is the best. But the tech claimed my wife puts her feet on the dash and hits the piece that comes loose. My wife is 5 feet tall and her feet can never reach, false accusation .The clips need to be replaced again and they were not. I want them replaced please. Dr. Morrow
