Daniel was a great rep for JM. He was friendly and timely in taking me. I told him what I wanted done and all was taken care of. I would like to have him as my coordinator on my next visit.

Only complaint was the individual who made the appointment , wouldn’t guarentee me the I would get a loaner car. My salesman had guaranteed. me I could always get a loan when I came in for service. I wouldn’t have bought a car from you if that wasn’t the case. I have had other Lexus, Mercedes, and Audis always got a loaner. It is just part of the luxury car business.

The pick up and delivery of our vehicle was perfect. The service advisor informed us of the diagnosis and gave us a detailed estimate of the charges. Our experiences with JM Lexus have always been exceptional.
