Excellent experience

The last time I went to the body shop,I delt with Briana and she give me terrible service,I explained to her that I needed my old parts which had only scratches and my headlamp tab was partially broken,my grill also had a very small Crack,I explained to her to let her body shop guy please take his time and take them off. I received all my parts completely broken. I have all the pictures before and after I received them. I will never come back to your body shop. Paul is not a very nice person as well. I blame him for running a place with too much of young people with no knowledge of customer service. I know this review is not about the body shop,bit this is the first time I have to share my experience about the body repair shop. I will never go back to these people again. I have all the pictures to prove case and will and cam show it to you giys if interested to look in to it.

Wish he came to me when I entered the bldg and not waited for me to approach him after sitting there for some time watchung new arrivals approached. I had concerns which he addressed. But I had to go to him and then I left. His follow up was great!!! He is knowledgeable and appreciated his input !!!
