Went thoroughly through my vehicle file, noticed there was a recall pending. Got an Uber ride so I wouldn’t have to wait 2.5hours with my kids at the dealer. Called me 30 minutes before my car was ready to give me enough time to head back. When I got there, promptly gave me my keys, my car was clean and gas full due to the recall issue. Thank you very much

Michael Juan is very helpful. He answered our questions/inquiries and give advice on how to make the best of our car. He is very nice, kind and considerate. I would love to have him as my maintenance advisor again in the future.

Upon arrival I waited 20 minutes before I went to the desk and asked why am I still sitting here? They forgot about me, I was told Mike was busy with a customer, but Mike came and called another customer which arrived after me! Always something with service dept, every time I go there is something. Last time I waited 40 minutes for my car, after I was told my car is ready. Or the time $$$ was stolen from my car…. I can go on. MJ tried so hard to make amends, next time hopefully MJ is still there I will ask for him.

Michael was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I told him that I had an appointment and when he realized that my vehicle was not going to be ready in time for me to make it to my next engagement, he secured a loaner for me. When I got the loaner I didn’t know how to sink my phone to the vehicle and an employee from the mechanics department helped me with it and showed me a feature in the loaner that my car has and I was not aware of. The next fay when I picked up my vehicle, I forgot my garage door opener in the loaner and Michael called me and made sure that it was ready for me when I returned to pick it up. A very nice lady, who works in the receiving area and had previously helped that day with information about features in my car, went inside and got the garage opener for me. I have been a client for twenty years at this store and with this last service I felt like there’s a real team effort to attend the needs of the customer. Michael not only took care of me while I was sitting at his desk but made sure to give me the best service when I was unaware, waiting to get my car within the time predicted and also, after I left and the service was completed. The other employees complemented the experience. Thank you all.

Michael did a very good job in keeping me posted. However, I was very disappointed in how they washed or didn’t wash my car. Michael said the machine was broken & they washed it by hand. It was returned all wet with water spots all over it including the windshield. They should have either not bothered or at least made an attempt to dry it off. Had to take it to a car wash & work hard to get the water spots off. Evidently it was really hard water.
