- I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and wasn't called by my advisor until 15 minutes after my appointment time. - Advisor said that it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hours - after 2-1/2 hours I decided to go to lunch - on my way to the lunch place I saw my car seating at the pick-up area but no one notified me that my car was ready - It took a while to find my advisor and finally get my car about 3 hours or more after I got to thw dealership - This is obviously unacceptable
