Have always loved Lexeus. However, my car is 10 years old with very low mileage, an RX, and it appears a new steering column is needed. This car has only been driven on city streets and possibly 95. Never rough roads. Why would Lexeus, a quality car, require a steering column at this stage in its life. I have another car, in 1992, there are no steering column issues. I have a 1998 jaguar no steering column issues.. I think they should be a Lexeus problem and they should stand behind it because it’s several thousand dollars to repair.

Maintenance done was within time frame as I expected. Thank you Ryan for accommodating my requested date in a short notice. JM Lexus always delivers a great service.
The service team said the problem was caused by running gym car low on gas. I always fill my tank before it is 1/2 empty. I am hoping I do not have the problem again. Daniel helpful, courteous and timely. However, I disagree completely with the cause of the problem and hope I do not have to bring the car in for service again, due to not taking care of it the first time.

Service rep very nice but training is needed on basic technical information. If a service representative has a repair technician available to talk with you it must be someone who can explain and articulate his thoughts. It was my opinion the repair technician had no ability to carry on a meaningful discussion about my NX other than wishing he was not put on the phone. This is my 3rd Lexus owned and bought from JM. As a loyal customer I expected more than feeling like I was just another pain in the **** client who may or may not have purchased their car at JM. I do not write negative reviews online but felt compelled to speak my feelings about this visit.
I’ve always had great experiences with my service advisor, Xavier Allen. He consistently provides excellent customer service and communicates very well.
However, my visit last Saturday left me disappointed. The maintenance took about 3 hours, and since I live an hour away round-trip, I ended up spending 4 hours of my Saturday just to get my car serviced. I waited at the dealership the entire time, which made the long delay even more frustrating. If the service is going to take that long, I would really prefer to be offered a loaner vehicle next time.
Additionally, after reviewing the maintenance report, I noticed an alignment job was performed, yet my car is still pulling to the right and clearly not aligned properly. Unfortunately, that means the service wasn’t fully satisfactory.
Because of the long wait times, the long drive, and the incomplete service, I’m feeling discouraged about returning and going through this all over again. I hope these concerns are addressed moving forward, because I do appreciate Xavier’s professionalism and would love to continue servicing my car here.
