Wendy Fermin my service rep/advisor is/was really great - smart and knowledgeable and professional- Two minor complaints - vehicle was returned to me with way too much air pressure in the tires which I rectified on my own by letting a lot of air out and filling to correct levels at Costco - I have this documented ie pics of my screen in car / feel free to have someone call me re this - thought perhaps you had a gauge or measuring device in your shop that was way off / also when I started my car today I got the same message re service due that popped up on display screen b4 service - I know you are supposed to turn this off - I can try to move quickly and hit spot to ask not to have this displayed again and if I do that don't know if message will pop again when I am really do for my next service - The car detailing was great - Thanks - Clay L
My experience with Brandon Chandler makes me trust him and his advice never fails. His demeanor and knowledge makes a big difference and makes worthwhile the long drive a take to bring my car to J&M Lexus.

My only complaint is that during the service, some of the dials/notifications on the dashboard were changed, and I don’t know how to reset them. For example, the tire pressure indicator dial on the dashboard was changed, and that is not a good idea for me since I check it daily.
