Sam did a great job. I was on a schedule and he called me as soon as the vehicle was ready and had all my paperwork and key at hand as he saw me coming back in. My first visit to JM Lexus Service and Sam made it turn out well.

It wasn't Diego. It was John. There was some confusion when I first arrived and was in the restroom, I then waited 25 minutes and had to track him down. He tried to call, but I think reception in your waiting area is bad. If a rep knows a customer is there somewhere, they should check more often. Otherwise, the service was good. John was helpful in answering my questions after the service

I had a windshield replaced in your collision center in September and I had a back up camera that was missing it’s directional guide lines after the service. I brought my car in before my service appointment at 2:30. James was phenomenal and made the correction and showed me how to adjust the different choice options. I was early for my 2:30 appointment and the team accommodated me earlier than scheduled. Carlos ~ Leo exceptional team members. ????????
