My service was not with Diego, my service was with Adrian Todd and was excellent!
My appointment earlier in the week was with Adrian and I came back for tires on an appointment with Adrian except when I arrived you had me set with someone else. So I took the initiative to ask why I wasn’t with Adrian and the guy brought me to him. So Adrian ended up helping me and he took very good care of me. I just hope he’s getting the credit for it because I’m sure advisors are paid per customer they serve and it looks like your record still don’t reflect that he is the one who helped me.

I am a huge fan of JM Lexus service department. Before I had moved away, I was bringing in several clients cars in for service which led ME to purchase a Lexus.
My service rep, Omar, always kept me abreast of any issue either needing immediate repair or warning of an upcoming problem.
The last time I took my car in I had to use a different service rep. Unfortunately, he did not tell me that I was going to need some upcoming issues. Omar hit me with the bad news of an upcoming service charge of $2618. This is something I’ve always wanted to avoid- a big bill at one time. Had the service rep warned me of these upcoming things I could have started the process of having them done.

I was not kept informed about my vehicle. I had it towed Monday 6:30pm by my AAA membership not Lexus. I didn't get my suv back until 2:15pm because My husband drove me there to find out the status. Unacceptable service.
