While his outward demeanor appeared professional, my overall experience was disappointing. Throughout the interaction, I felt judged and spoken to in a passive-aggressive manner, as if I did not belong or could not afford to be there. This was uncomfortable and completely unexpected from a brand built on luxury and customer care.
Additionally, I was told my vehicle was ready when it was not, which resulted in unnecessary delays and wasted time. Accuracy and transparency are basic expectations when servicing a vehicle—especially at a Lexus dealership—and unfortunately, those standards were not met.
Although he maintains a polished, professional appearance, the way I was treated did not reflect Lexus values. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this service provider and would not recommend him

I have been doing business with LM Lexus for over 20 years, and have always been happy with my service.
On Dec. 3rd I had a red warning light on my dash, and brought in my vehicle. They kept me there for a very long time and then charged me $278.85 for a new battery. I believe that I was ripped off, and I’m very unhappy.
Daniel was very friendly, efficient in the completion of the paperwork for my appointment, and the service was completed in just over an hour. I was very happy and completely satisfied with my appointment in every way. I love my Lexus and am grateful for Daniel and JM Lexus!

I had to get an Uber ride since they wouldn't provide me with a loaner car. The uber service is not so great! They keep switching you off to another driver and they are always late to pick you up.
