Even after waiting for nearly 3 hrs, the issue with tag light was not resolved. I was told that the service should have been scheduled with th original technician. If that was the case why was the appointment given to me in the first place? I am not happy with back to back service appointments in 2 consecutive weekends where I had to spend 6 hrs of my weekend
Lexus claimed my tire leak couldn't be patched due to its edge proximity, insisting on a $308 replacement. I got a second opinion elsewhere, where they fixed it with a plug/patch easily. The repair cost just $40, saving me significantly over Lexus's recommendation.
