Was told it would take 2-3 hours, but it took 8 hours and messed up my plans for the afternoon and evening. I left important items in the car thinking I would get it back in the morning not at 4 pm . I am done with your operation as this is not the first time I was unhappy and will use Lexus of Pembroke Pines in the future.
