Was very disappointed when I was told that I need an axle and there is actually no ETA not even an approximate time frame

Omar did nothing to help me to find out what the problem was with my car. He never called me in the 3 days my car was at JMLexus. I had to make multiple calls and on Monday I had to call myself to find out when I would get my car back. Unfortunately Carlos wa unable to take care of me. He was the best! I don’t want Omar to be my service advisor if Carlos doesn’t return. I will speak to the manager of the service department to find a replacement. I don’t want Omar to call me to discuss this email!!
Our service advisor John Nahar is wonderful. He makes you feel like a member of the family. And as a added pleasure we were in the service department when Fon **** was there, just seeing him again and John's great service reminded us why we originally became JM Lexus loyal customer obverse 20 years ago and why we are still loyal to the dealership today
