JM Lexus had my car in their possession for 2 1/2 weeks with no repairs done or any real assessment done to the vehicle. I am very unhappy about the service that I received while I was being serviced with JM Lexus right now my car is at the body workshop where it should have originally been in instead of the service area for 2 1/2 weeks. They quoted me a turnaround time of three weeks, which would mean that JM Lexus would be in possession of my car for a month and a half, and I believe that it’s truly unfair. Also, may Insurance provider was told that my car would be returned to me by Christmas and that was a complete lie so I am truly unhappy with everything going on right now, especially during the holidays. So in closing,I plan on writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau for the inconvenience that I experience with JM Lexus.

We have bought two cars from JM Lexus and get them regularly serviced here. I have always been impressed by the quality of service provided.Today for the first time I felt how indifferent the attitude of the manager was. Once the servicing was completed and I was handed the keys, I found that the car was dirty. I walked back and told the manager that the car wasn't washed. He turned around to say," No it has been,"
I had to tell him No it hasn't. He walked out with me and asked folks around to wash the car. To his surprise he was told that the car wash was broken. He turned around and told me that I could stop by another time to get the car washed. Seriously!!
My question is would you guys ever sell a dirty car to anyone? If not why would you treat the servicing customers differently.
Honest request is not to question the customer.
I was very sad to get such a service.
