I was completely satisfied with the level of service that was provided by Chauncey Levy. Every time I go to JM Lexus, it’s always been a professional and positive experience. Chauncey is always there to help anytime I need questions answered or just a good laugh! Chauncey is the best! I highly recommend him!

I took the vehicle to get checked at a tire store right after the inspection and the car DOES have the run flat tires! That misinformation, given to my by 2 people had me spinning all afternoon

Shedrick is outstanding. I have been servicing my Lexus vehicles with JM for over 4 years and I take the 1.5 hour drive to JM because of how amazing he is to work with. He is kind, understanding, professional and beyond helpful. The work is done quickly, and every concern addressed upfront. For as long as I retain my Lexus, and even in the event of a trade in, I will continue to service my Lexus at JM, thanks to Shedrick.
