I came in because my care wasn’t starting all the time. Once it was in the shop, the problem wasn’t showing up, which is frustrating for all of us. Shedrick was amazingly helpful in the process to ensure they checked my car thoroughly. I truly value Shedrick and the technician (Brandon) for the special care.
It took five hours for a routine service. Just because I took a loaner vehicle doesn’t mean that I wanted to wait for my car all day. And I never did receive a call when my vehicle was done. I had to call and find out for myself.
