I have a prepaid service plan thru the Mazda dealership that I purchased the vehicle from. It was recommended that I cancel it and purchase Lexus’s plan. I would like to keep the one I have in place and ask that moving forward, the service rep call for information on what my plan covers please. I have the phone number. I don’t think this is too much to ask but it was apparent that the service rep did not want to be bothered (maybe, maybe not)…?

This is my first Lexus...my first experience with JM nad i have to say that now I understand why people own them. The dealership experience was on another level.
