Dylan was very helpful and answered all my questions when asked which I appreciated. However. After purchasing a new tire for my car the new tire was reading slightly low pressure when I drove home. It was offered that I could return to have the air filled to correct amount but it is a 20 min drive each way so I will add more air to the tire tomorrow myself. Doesn't seem like great service to have a brand new tire put on the car and not ensure the pressure is correct. Again. Not sure anything Dylan could have done since he is not directly working on the car.

I did have several concerns about the car we bought at the end of December. 1) We asked for a fuel injection service before buying the vehicle. I was told the machine service wasn’t available. They put a container of fuel injector into the tank of gas. We picked up the car after some warranty work & it was explained to me that they do in fact provide a fuel injection service. We should be able to to get this done with NO CHARGE. 2) We ask the dealership to change the wipers before buying the car. They did provide me with new wipers which I changed when we got home. 3) We thought that a multi point examine was done based on their paperwork. Engine & Cabin filter checked. 3 months later we had to have both filters Replaced because they were both dirty. I don’t believe BOTH should have been dirty enough to warrant a change. I’m Not satisfied with having BOTH of these filters replaced AFTER 2 multi point inspections say they’re good but NOW I need to pay. Something’s not right with the inspections before we received the car & after… Sincerely, Rollie & Yvonne Ortiz

Told my service would be a couple hours. Came back 4 hours later and he didn't remember who I was. Car wasn't touch and I had a scheduled appointment.

I quit using your service a few years ago, because of lousy service. At that time, you had drive up & wait for an oil change. One day I drove up, was told I needed an appt. Made the earliest appt days later, came back; told that a long line of drive-ups was ahead of me and they wouldn't be able to service me that day.So much for making an appt, especially after they wouldn't take me as drive-up with a short line. Only went back for a recall after that. Needless to say, I lost faith not only in access, but could I trust your quality.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation for $160iah dollars. When done, your person gave me an estimate to do 5 other things for over an additional $1000. I told her that giving me that estimate was an affront to my intelligence. I am pretty sure this is your company policy. I am looking for integrity from my auto repair experience and I felt you were trying to take advantage of me. Did not like that!!!

I am appreciative of the end result with Service Manager Gary doing his best to make things right. That said, there were some missteps along the way with poor communication, failure to order parts, and not being transparent in the estimated timeline of completion. This really put me in a tough spot due to renting a car while my car was being serviced and having to extend that rental two different times. I rely on my vehicle for my work commute, so it was all challenging for me to navigate. I hope future experiences can be much more seamless.

Purchased a 2024 Sante Fe with Bluelink not connecting; Crossroads asked to schedule follow up appt to get it fixed and connected. Then charged $95.87 for the software update that should have been part of the point of sale process or covered under warranty. Bluelink fixed, but cost should have been on dealer, not customer.

I was extremely well taken care of! I’m brand new to the state of Colorado and to the city of Fort Collins and had a great deal of anxiety, making my first trip to your dealership. But it worked out so well, and everyone was so gracious and so nice it really made my day!
