Cecil has been our service advisor for three major repairs on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson. He is great! He is prompt communicating on the needed repairs and pretty spot on with the estimated cost. Every time we have interacted with Cecil, we came away with a solid understanding of the repairs and a feeling that Cecil is honest and trustworthy. We appreciate the great service he provides each and every time.

Worst experience I have ever had with a service center. Brett and the service manager Gary Burton are two main reasons I will tell anyone and everyone not to go to this dealership for anything. The level of incompetence and lying from these two will constantly be the reason this shop will have negative experiences. If they weren't the closest dealership that I was advised to go to for my situation, I would have had my car back and running awhile ago. I am glad I made the decision to end my service with them before they tried to screw me over more. A reputation this industry already has, was on full display because of these two individuals. I appreciated the other couple of people that assisted me in any sort of way, but I will not be promoting this location to anyone.
