One issue we did have was that we haven’t been receiving any notifications of recalls. The service team performed all the needed recalls, but we had no idea there were any.

We had to come down to the dealership not once..
Twice...not even three times. Nope we had to come down there FOUR TIMES for an oil change, tire rotation and a simple harness fix (recall). So no, we are not happy. It absolutely felt like our car got pushed to the bottle of the pile multiple times and quite frankly we needed it done sooner with kids and carseats to haul around. I'll be 100% honest, the service was so poor I probably won't ever go back for any service even if it was free. My time is more valuable than you feel like it is making us come down there 4x. Absolutely ridiculous.
