We were both told the total would be $317 when she called and it ended up being $515?! Never did she mentioned that number. Also our appointment was at 10:30, am and it was 2pm and it still had not even been pulled in! We got it back at 5:30pm.

I would never return to this representative. They claimed they would not honor the warranty because the sensor got out of alignment because it was bumped. However they would not provide any evidence for a bump. The car never suffered any damage and there is not a single outside dent or bump. The idea that when something stops working is due to outside factors is an easy way to sell a warranty and not respect it. Very disappointing from Hyubdai.

The work performed was fine. The quote for 60k miles fluid changes was crazy! It amounted to 25% of the car’s trade in value.

Cecil was extremely helpful. He even let us know that your dealership could do the VIN number confirmation as part of the process of getting new license plates. He was also helpful in pointing out the items which needed to be done when we reached the 60,000 mile service mark. He also provided an estimate of what the cost would be. He provided excellent service for us.
